- Take time to explore the smaller towns of Carrboro and Hillsborough or try a COVID-safe version of 36 Hours in Chapel Hill-Carrboro, N.C.
- Walk on the wild side and visit the Animal Park at the Conservators Center, Carolina Tiger Rescue or the North Carolina Zoo.
- Check out the public art downtown and at transit shelters and do an IG photoshoot in front of all the new (and old) murals.
