Campus Health Services is excited to announce a brand new feature for our patients – the Patient Portal. The Patient Portal, which can be accessed at http://healthyheels.unc.edu, is the final phase in the implementation of Campus Health Services electronic health record, eClinicalWorks.
With the Patient Portal, we hope to improve communication between students and their health care provider at Campus Health. The Portal will provide convenient 24 x 7 access to your health information from the comfort and privacy of home or anywhere there is an internet connection.
Also, by using the secure CHS patient portal you will be able to:
- View portions of your Personal Health Record
- Review your lab results
- Access records for immunizations given at Campus Health Services
- Request appointments and see the dates and times of upcoming appointments
- Manage some of your personal demographic information
Along with the rollout of the Patient Portal, we are also excited to announce that the Campus Health Services website, http://campushealth.unc.edu, has been updated. The website redesign brings UNC’s students, faculty and staff up-to-date health information on a wide variety of health topics in a quick, easy to access format. Here, you will be able to access our online prescription refill link, Patient Portal, important documents and forms, a calendar of health and wellness events, along with easy access to our most visited pages and frequently asked questions. In addition, we have updated our Health Topics, an inventory of health information on topics ranging from sexual health to academic success. A few other new features worth exploring include Health Programing and Events, which provides information on putting together health programs including a new quick and easy online program request form. You can also sign-up to get the weekly Wellness Listserv directly from the website.

Please browse through the new website often. It is is updated frequently!
As Campus Health continues efforts to provide our patients with the highest quality of care, we also encourage you to be involved in the management and improvement of your health and wellness needs. We hope that with the roll out of the Patient Portal and our updated website we will be able to accomplish this together as a team.
Would like to know how to get this information I thought I was a user and have a need to find out my appointment ate. But yet due to work I can not call during business hours.
